ExtraCNC Warranty Policy

At ExtraCNC, we stand behind the quality and performance of our equipment. We guarantee that each machine will operate in substantial accordance with the accompanying user manual and technical documentation. Furthermore, we warrant that all core components—excluding standard wear-and-tear parts such as gear racks, pinion gears, and springs—are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.

Coverage and Customer Remedy

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, ExtraCNC’s sole responsibility—and your exclusive remedy—will be to repair or replace any defective parts at no cost, provided the machine has not been misused, mishandled, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. ExtraCNC reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts manufactured or approved by ExtraCNC during any warranty service.

Warranty-covered components will be shipped back to the customer at ExtraCNC’s cost using standard ground delivery. If expedited shipping is requested, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.

Limitations and Third-Party Components

This warranty does not extend beyond the terms described above. Any third-party products or accessories supplied with ExtraCNC systems—such as spindles, vacuum pumps, routers, or other auxiliary items—are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty and are not included under the ExtraCNC warranty.

Quotations and Pricing

All written quotations issued by ExtraCNC are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Please note that all pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
